There’s something in the air at the moment, and I’m not just talking about pollen! There’s a special buzz here at Foundation HQ as we gear up for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Show, which is starting to gain a momentum all of its own, and we all become more aware that it’s almost Showtime! This year feels extra exciting for me, as I’ll be delivering two of the 30 seminars on offer, one on menopause, and another all about using creative writing to support wellbeing. I’m also looking forward to hearing Dawn Evans, CEO of the Ajuda Foundation, with her talk Thriving Together: The Workplace Wellbeing Revolution, alongside Geraldine McGrath on emotional freedom and the ever-popular Dave Powell, who will no doubt have the room smiling with his Drum Yourself Happy session.

With so many seminars to choose from, there really is something for everyone. You can view the full schedule here.

Now in its seventh year, the show continues to grow, bringing together over 50 exhibitors, organisations and businesses, all united by one simple idea: that wellbeing flourishes when people come together. The Mental Health and Wellbeing Show is inclusive, and totally rooted in human connection, so if you work in the field of mental health and wellbeing, or if you have an interest in all things MHW, then come along. You’ll leave feeling inspired, supported, cared about, and who knows, you may even make a few new friends.

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Show runs from 8am -4pm on Friday 15th May, 2026 at the Cardiff City Stadium, Cardiff. Register for free here
