The Ajuda Foundation has been hard at work this last few months. We have been going to schools teaching children how to save lives in the event of an emergency. Skills we taught were things like CPR, how to correctly place someone in a recovery position and how to use an AED Defibrillator. Here are a few photos.

Not only that we have also been working in the South Wales valleys teaching people about mental health topics from, how to manage anxiety and depression, and how to carry out mental health first aid. Here are a few photos of workshops underway.

We are also having a lot of fun after the mental health workshops carrying out a range of team building activities delivered by local businesses.

We have already received positive feedback from people attending our workshops in Maesteg. Here is a short testimonial.
